Consent and Liability Form Somatic Healing is a holistic modality designed to release and resolve physical and emotional distress by addressing blocks within the body’s energy system. This may include, but is not limited to, Somatic Breathwork, EFT Tapping, Emotion Code, Sound Balancing/Sound Healing, and Kundalini Yoga. Disclaimer: Fiona Emley is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, or healthcare provider. Somatic Healing sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. These sessions are complementary or adjunct practices and are not a substitute for medical care or therapy provided by licensed professionals. By participating in these sessions, you acknowledge that: Somatic Healing may bring unresolved or subconscious issues to the surface, potentially revealing emotions or concerns that may require further support or medical attention. It is your responsibility to seek advice or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional if needed. Release and Indemnification: I understand that Fiona Emley provides Somatic Healing as a service to support self-healing, emotional release, and personal growth.
