Life happens, and I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. This policy applies only to stand-alone one-to-one sessions. and is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring that I can continue to serve my clients with care and commitment.

CANCELLATIONS:

• At least 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your session, transfer the payment to a future session, or request a refund.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the session fee will be retained or charged. Any remaining payment may be refunded or transferred to another session.

• Missed sessions: If you do not attend and have not provided notice, the full session fee will be retained or charged.

• Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be handled differently at Fiona’s discretion.
