What is Emotional Freedom Technique?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as "Tapping," is a combination of Chinese medicine and modern psychology that helps relax the nervous system, release unwanted stress, and free us from unresolved trauma. As we tap on the meridian points of our body we send a calming message to the brain lowering our cortisol and allowing new positive neural pathways to develop. 

 

EFT can help release trapped negative emotions that bring imbalances to our bodies, generating pain, depression and anxieties. It can be used to help reduce multiple conditions such as: chronic pain, stress, headaches and sleep deprivation. It has been said that one EFT Tapping session can be the equivalent to 6 regular therapy sessions. And while all types of therapy are have positive intentions, EFT Tapping can help you get you results faster. 

So, whether you are wanting relief from physical pain, an emotional pattern, or a compulsive behavior that is no longer serving you, EFT Tapping is a powerful treatment to help restore you back into balance.

Tapping is healing tool that works!

When I first found EFT tapping I started off with videos on Youtube. They were short, easy, and in a pinch they really helped! Yet, when I started working with a personal EFT coach doing weekly 1-1 sessions I started to see real profound changes.

 

Having that personal attention from someone holding scared space and molding the sessions to my unique issues helped me dive into the depths of my trauma and release me from the past. The more I tapped the easier I could see the emotional patterns that kept me stuck in my "pain story" as well as the amount of energy it was taking from my life.  After a while, I finally was able to open up new channels of acceptance, forgive myself and the people who hurt me, and started allowing the possibility of a higher timeline emerge.
