Cancellation Policy

Consent and Liability Form Somatic Healing is a holistic modality designed to release and resolve physical and emotional distress by addressing blocks within the body’s energy system. This may include, but is not limited to, Somatic Breathwork, EFT Tapping, Emotion Code, Sound Balancing/Sound Healing, and Kundalini Yoga. Disclaimer: Fiona Emley is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, or healthcare provider. Somatic Healing sessions are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. These sessions are complementary or adjunct practices and are not a substitute for medical care or therapy provided by licensed professionals. By participating in these sessions, you acknowledge that: Somatic Healing may bring unresolved or subconscious issues to the surface, potentially revealing emotions or concerns that may require further support or medical attention. It is your responsibility to seek advice or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional if needed. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health, emotional well-being, and behavior during and after the session. Release and Indemnification: I understand that Fiona Emley provides Somatic Healing as a service to support self-healing, emotional release, and personal growth. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Fiona Emley from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from my participation in these sessions, including any physical, emotional, or psychological effects experienced during or after the session. ☐ I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above statements regarding Somatic Healing. I consent to this session freely, without duress, and agree to the terms outlined above. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Your time and commitment to your healing journey are deeply valued. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following policies are in place: Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide notice, you will be charged 100% of the session fee. ☐ I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above statements regarding Fiona Emley's cancellation policy.
